What is the WODBOM?. WODBOM is a monthly fitness box designed to help you discover new workout gear, nutritional supplements and fun healthy snacks to help you crush your next WOD. We are a husband and wife team who are diehard CrossFitters and have been immersed in this lifestyle for the last 5 years. We love discovering and testing legitimate WOD gear, supplements an 5-to-6 large premium items for you to try that include healthy snacks, fitness supplements, gym accessories, and more. 3-4 nutritional items and healthy snacks in each WODBOM, along with 2-3 apparel/accessory items to try out. . We work with the top fitness and nutrition companies, some of whom have been in the market for quite a while, and others who are new to the game.
